- Membership fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Ratings and reviews displayed on listings are sourced from user submissions and do not necessarily reflect the views of SEQ Brewery Trails.
Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on the Site — including design, code, text, graphics, logos, and photography created by or for SEQ Brewery Trails — is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
User-Generated Content
If you submit content to the Site — including business listing descriptions, images, or reviews — you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Site.
